Sorry if I seem to have ignored you two...

Color was on (default), and I have always tried it from within its own directory, running it from DOS command line, not as a shell from Cit (don't trust it yet...).

(Another Xcluded room... doggone it, anyway...)
MontyL
Well... I just ran it. Twice, in fact. And... both times flawlessly.
By the command line:
C:\CIT\STATGEN> statgen c:\cit\trap.fbi stats.out statgen.cfg
And the second trip without specifying the .cfg file (it used it anyway). Both runs were perfect.
Sorry, CJTK... Guess there isn't much I can try here to duplicate the trouble you have... Unless there is something in there that is 486-specific, I have this box set up exactly like the old one (which was a 386SX). In fact, I backed up and used the entire setup from the old machine, without modification. Hmmm...

On the nose, John. Howdy!

Now you see what I mean, Monty. I can't seem to reproduce the problem either. It seems to be hardware dependent. If anyone has any clues let me know.
MontyL
Hmmm... Maybe I could take a copy down to work, and run it on each of the 12 boxes we've got running there. No two are alike in configuration.
(writing myself a note)
Counselor
Ok, Monty, let me know about the outcome of that experiment.
MontyL
Will do. It might give some insight to the strange goings-on.
