I think that as a lark I shall attemp to acquire as many Insane Technologies (tm) as I can, and then proliferate them so endlessly and mindlessly that an enraged lesgislature will finally enact some restritions on their manufacture and sale, this being my sole intent in so doing.

I'm working on writing a virus that not only will constantly change, but which is actually capable of evolving AND configuring itself to work on an infinite variety of systems. I had one almost done, but it destroyed the hard drive so badly when it got loose that I had to throw it out.

I think it's time for us to develop an intelligent virus that will only devour *registered* copies of Microsoft products... It must also hide in terminal software, and upload itself Zmodem whenever an autoanswer is initiated, and it must make exactly one self-extracting zipfile of itself for export. It will cruise around the system, and look for passwords, and zip them up and send them to whereever it came from, and so on.

Russia tried to make their own version of a B-1. They had severe problems in that a B-1 is almost completely computer-controlled and Russia's computer technology is about 20 years behind that of the United States. Also, they had planned on this plane operating by streaking in at 3000 kph, which is insane in that it would not stand a chance if it camee within shooting distance of the United States. 3000 kph is not enough to get by STA missles. Also, Russia's jet engine technology is very poor, so one of their planes going at 3000 kph would run out of fuel in a matter of minutes. Now that's insane.
