Dear Spinning head, First thing first. In my eyes, justification for life is life. The thing that comes to mind is find something to occupy your time. Volunteer work at a mission is something I think everyone should do at least once. It shows us all that there are worse off than our selves. Something we need pointed out from time to time. Another thing is to find a hobby. The biggest one in todays society is the infamous television. Not one I recommend by any means. Its getting close to the silly season so making gifts for loved ones is a very good one. Catch up on letters that should have been written. Athletics are very good for stress relief as well as building the body. There is no answer to what you feel. I believe it is something that we all must work through. Some can do it by themselves and others need a little professional assistance. You might think of talking to a councellor or teacher, if you are in school. Or you might want to talk to a parent or psychologist. One that shouldn't be forgotten is the "Good Book". It has helped more people than your computer can count. With that thought in mind, I wish you good luck. I'll be waiting for my gift! ;} Dr. Bob
