If you have it on a tape, take the tape apart and turn the tape inside over and reassemble. Or you can do it the way I did...Digitize it into you computer and play it back in reverse. Also, in Dr. Feelgood by motley Crue durring the guitar solo there is a low rumble that when sped up say something about a 'dark book' but I can't get a clear recording of it with the sound tools. For all I know it could say 'Use salt and pepper and chew 30 times when eating the dark book.

To play a tape in reverce, alll ya gotta do is get one of those cheep $9 walkmans, and replace the playback head with a reversable one, and use the other track... Really simple, you can also screw with the hight of the head, and if it's got enough movement, you can raise it far enough to get it to play the other side in reverce...
