It's good to let him know you still care even if you can't date. Sometimes you just have to set your eyes aside. (as far as looks go) Because no matter how good looking a person is, it's really what's inside that counts. It sounds to me like he may straighten up with a little push and some time. But also know when to give him space. :)

Yeh, he's REALLY sweet, he found 4 abondened kittens in the Ernst parking lot, he took them home to find them homes. He just happens to belive he's going to make it big as a gutier player, he's almost 17 I've heard him play, it would take a minor miricle, he's not very good at all. I was nice and didn't say so though, I'm not going to be the one to shatter his dream. I just think he needs to go back to school, just in case. He doesn't really the dedication to make it, he hardly ever practices and hasn't bothered to learn how to read music.
